Orders and Acceptance

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. The customer must contact [email protected] to request a return authorization before shipping. The customer pays return shipping costs. Wai Chun Limited will not accept returns without prior authorization.
Refund processing and arrival to the customer’s account takes at least 14 days. This period begins when Wai Chun Limited receives the returned item and confirms eligibility. The customer must provide accurate banking or payment account details. Wai Chun Limited is not responsible for delays caused by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. The customer must allow the full processing period before contacting Wai Chun Limited about a missing refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must email [email protected] with the order number, a description of the damage or defect, and clear photographs. Wai Chun Limited will review the claim and provide instructions. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt will be rejected. Wai Chun Limited will replace damaged or defective items or issue a refund according to the customer’s preference and product availability.

Wai Chun Limited provides product descriptions and images for women’s shoes. The customer must review the size chart and product details before ordering. Colors appear differently on different screens. Wai Chun Limited does not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free. If a product is misdescribed, the customer’s remedy is to return the product under the refund policy in these Terms of Service.

The customer must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without written permission from Wai Chun Limited. The governing law is Hong Kong law. Any dispute arising from these Terms of Service or from the purchase of products from Wai Chun Limited is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
