This Shipping and Returns document governs all orders for womens shoes purchased on vgzuboots.com from Wai Chun Limited. Reading this document before ordering is required, and placing an order confirms acceptance of every term stated here.
Order Processing
Wai Chun Limited begins processing an order after payment authorization and shipping address verification are complete. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays enter the processing queue on the next business day. If a delivery address cannot be verified, processing pauses until corrected information is supplied. A shipping confirmation message is sent to the email address entered at checkout once the parcel leaves the fulfillment facility.
Shipping Methods and Delivery
Available shipping methods and their charges appear at checkout after a delivery address is entered. Delivery timelines depend on the destination country, the carrier selected, and customs inspection. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Wai Chun Limited ships to the destinations displayed at checkout and does not deliver to addresses that carriers cannot service.
Shipping Charges, Duties, and Taxes
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on destination, parcel weight, and parcel dimensions. Import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Wai Chun Limited does not pay these charges and does not refund them.
Order Tracking

14-Day No-Reason Refund Policy
An eligible item may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt for a refund without stating a reason. The 14-day period starts on the date the carrier records delivery of the parcel. Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all tags, shoe boxes, dust bags, and accessories that arrived with the order. Items that show wear, scuffing, creasing from use, or contact with outdoor surfaces are not eligible for a refund. Returns received after the 14-day period are not accepted.

Return Authorization and Address
No item may be sent back before written return authorization is received from Wai Chun Limited. Ship authorized returns to the following destination. Step-by-Step Return Process

5. Ship the parcel using a trackable service and pay the shipping charges. The buyer completely bears the return shipping costs.
6. Send the tracking number to [email protected] so the return can be monitored.
7. Wait for inspection. Wai Chun Limited inspects each returned item after it arrives at the return address and confirms that the item meets the eligibility conditions.
8. Receive the refund through the original payment method after inspection is approved.
Refund Timing
Refund arrival time is at least 14 days. The 14-day period begins when the returned item is received at the return address and passes inspection. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Local laws in some regions require up to 30 days for PayPal refunds, and Wai Chun Limited follows the longer period where local law requires it. Bank processing, card issuer processing, and international settlement can extend the time before funds appear in the buyer account.
Damaged or Defective Items
Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. This 7-day claim window matches the Terms of Service exactly. Send the claim to [email protected] with the order number, photographs of the item, photographs of the outer packaging, and a description of the damage or defect. Claims submitted after the 7-day window cannot be accepted. When a claim is approved, Wai Chun Limited provides a replacement, an exchange, or a refund.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
An item cannot be returned when it has been worn, washed, altered, or repaired; when the original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing; when the item was damaged after delivery; when the return request falls outside the 14-day period; when the return was shipped without authorization; or when the parcel is sent to an address other than the one stated in this document. Any gift or promotional item shipped with an order must be returned with that order.
